Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using RoxSplit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use RoxSplit only in lawful ways. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its security, or any related systems (including automated scraping or overload).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support or publishing content about the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules or pose a risk to other users or our operations.

No affiliation with Hyrox

RoxSplit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyrox, Upsolut Sports GmbH, or any official Hyrox organization. The app is an independent tool built by athletes for training and race tracking. Hyrox® and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Any references to “Hyrox” or race formats describe how RoxSplit is intended to be used; they do not imply partnership or official status. For official rules, events, and branding, refer to Hyrox and its authorized channels.

Subscriptions and refunds

RoxSplit may offer a free tier and optional paid features (for example RoxSplit Pro) billed as a subscription through the App Store and/or Google Play.

Refunds. Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Refund requests, billing disputes, and subscription cancellations must be made through your App Store or Google Play account, following that platform’s policies and timelines. We cannot guarantee approval of a refund; the store’s decision is final where applicable.

Free trials, if offered, are described in the app and in the store listing. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged according to the store’s rules.

Disclaimer

RoxSplit is provided “as is” for personal fitness and race tracking. It is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and compliance with event and venue rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
