RoxSplit is built for privacy. Your race splits, workouts, and settings stay on your device. We do not operate a cloud database of your training data, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Training and race data: none on our servers. Everything you log in RoxSplit (splits, pacing plans, workouts, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not receive copies of that content.
Standard device and store data (for example crash diagnostics or purchase receipts) may be processed by Apple or Google according to their policies when you use the App Store or Google Play. That is outside RoxSplit’s direct control.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your Hyrox or training logs with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors for profiling. Because your core app data stays local, there is nothing equivalent to a “user profile” on our side to disclose.
RoxSplit Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Purchase and subscription status are handled through the App Store and/or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements, validate subscriptions, and restore purchases across devices you sign into with the same store account.
RevenueCat may process limited technical and purchase-related information (such as app user identifiers and transaction metadata) as described in their privacy policy. That processing supports billing and access to Pro features—not training content stored in the app.
You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you remove the app, your local data may be deleted according to your device backup and storage settings; subscription management remains with the store.
RoxSplit is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of RoxSplit after changes means you accept the updated policy.
